I am an accomplished leader with a strong background in leadership, cultivated through extensive hands-on experience across a range of roles. My career trajectory includes positions as Engineer, Team Leader, Engineering Manager, and Head of Engineering, along with a significant tenure as Product Manager. I have successfully led teams at various levels, delivering numerous projects and products across diverse industries. My expertise encompasses people leadership and development, team building, and department building, complemented by proficiency in key project management methodologies such as SCRUM, SAFE, and Waterfall. I am committed to driving results, fostering innovation, and ensuring the effective execution of complex initiatives. This comprehensive experience has equipped me with the strategic leadership skills essential for guiding teams toward sustained success.
